Sweat Chizle
Build strength and stamina. Sweat Chizle is a fusion of yoga and strength training that sculpts and stimulates your entire body. This advanced class moves you through 2 sequences; then, grab weights for a focused total body workout. Wrap up class with grounded stretches and a satisfying Savasana.
Yin
Ground and restore yourself. With Yin, immerse yourself in meditative stretches that let you explore your mind and body more deeply. This restorative class focuses on holding yoga postures for a blissful 3-5 minutes so you can truly savor the unique benefits of each pose. Finish class with a grounding Savasana.
Sweat Foundations
Where the Sweat meets the Soul. Designed for all levels, this class blends the principles of alignment, with the fluidity and sequencing of our signature class. Move through 2 sequences; then, transition into a power yoga section to deeply explore specific postures. Class concludes with grounded stretches and a relaxing Savasana.
Sweat Breathwork
This non-heated class is designed for all levels of breathwork practitioners. Whether you’re brand new, or practice daily, our certified breathwork instructors will safely guide you through numerous beneficial techniques, from promoting the release of toxins from your body and improving digestion, to increasing mental clarity, and more!
